Elaine Enns, DMin, a Canadian Mennonite, is an educator, writer, facilitator and trainer who focuses on decolonizing discipleship and applying restorative justice to historical (and continuing) violations, intergenerational trauma, and healing.

Chris sits behind the curtain pulling levers at the BCM office in Oak View, CA as a jack of all trades. Hailing from Australia, in 2011 he moved to Southern California, and since 2013 has been living next door to BCM “world headquarters.” He is also a LegoMaster!

Oak View neighbor Deb joined the BCM team in 2017, after serving as director of the Ojai Valley Green Coalition for 8 years. She brings her accounting expertise into the BCM office several times a month.
